Because our goods are handcrafted and made-to-order in our Jamaica studio, please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Islandwide Delivery (Jamaica)
We offer local courier delivery across all parishes in Jamaica. Delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Areas
We deliver islandwide to all 14 parishes of Jamaica including Kingston, St. Andrew, St. Catherine, Clarendon, Manchester, St. Elizabeth, Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James, Trelawny, St. Ann, St. Mary, Portland, and St. Thomas.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking number (if applicable to your delivery method). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@ctekdesigns.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your items.
