What materials do you use?
Our main material is Celeotex hardboard 3mm. We are also adding plywood options ranging from 3mm up to 6mm, along with other materials as they become available. All materials are sustainably sourced and finished with food-safe oils and sealants.
Can I request custom finishes or colours?
Yes! We offer custom staining, painting, and finishing options. Contact us before ordering to discuss your preferences.
Are your products ready to hang/display?
Yes, all wall art and signs come pre-drilled with hanging hardware included. Shelf decor and gift items are ready to display upon arrival.
Licensing & Commercial Use
Can I sell products made from your designs?
Our handcrafted items are sold as finished products only. If you're interested in commercial partnerships or reselling, please contact us directly.
Delivery & Physical Products
Where do you deliver from?
All physical products are designed, manufactured, and delivered from our studio in Jamaica.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 3–7 business days. Islandwide delivery across Jamaica typically takes 2–5 additional business days after dispatch.
Do you ship outside Jamaica?
Currently, we only offer islandwide delivery within Jamaica. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Custom Work & Commissions
Do you accept custom design requests?
Yes! We take commissions for custom laser-cut pieces, personalized signs, and bespoke wooden gifts. Please email us at contact@ctekdesigns.com with your project details.
Can I request custom laser engraving on physical products?
Absolutely. Many of our physical pieces can be personalized with names, dates, or custom text. Contact us before ordering to discuss options and pricing.
